We use a complete on-site computer generated inspection report. That means no waiting and no reading poor hand writing.
The report includes informational sheets explaining the areas inspected.
The report can be emailed and also downloaded from our web site with your personal password.

Digital Pictures

We use a digital camera as needed when inspecting a home. As a rule we need to keep the privacy of the home owners intact.
